Yes I called they said application is in process. Also applied for GCMS notes in March and status criminality passed, info sharing completed, eligibility passed security not started and this status is still same

just a small vent: some of the ircc call centre agents are so freaking rude. last week i called them for the first time about my application which has been close to half a year. i asked the dude on the line which office is processing my application. he answered "How exactly will that help you" and refused to give me an answer to that by saying all of the applications are being taken care of at the central office. I ended up getting no info after spending hours getting through the line. the experience was so horrible made me wanna file a complaint

No body knows, security can take from 1 days to a year, alot of ppl stuck in security for months, Hopefully u will get it done soon, from what I have noticed that later application get finalized quicker than old ones.

BGC change from 'Not applicable' to 'We are processing your background check' means that your file progressed in background check phase. You either passed criminality or criminality + info sharing. What was BGC in gckey before 'Not applicable'? 'Processing' I assume.

Your ADR turned to 'reviewing on 9th June' - I think you must have recieved GU? AD reviewing could indicate that your eligibility is under review.

Edit* answering your question, next could be PAL or BGC completed (in AST) if sec too get cleared.

Maybe agent having bad day, probably had fight with his/her partner I imagine or maybe agent got "coffee with tea bag" - who knows. Its unfortunate you ended up getting that person on phone. Just call again after week or so, hopefully you get someone decent. BTW, what kind of username is that?

Yes, the GU's I got are all 'application/profile update' ones on gckey account. On FB, I see many with June/July AR timeline posts getting DM these days, hopefully you'll get DM on your app soon.

Sorry that you had to face an officer in that mood. I agree that he must be just channeling the frustration from somewhere else to you. Even though it won't make a difference for you to know the VO. So, what difference is it making for the officer to just let you know that and it ending up to be a satisfied caller/applicant.

Haha thanks, feels great being member of 'PAL' club. I have plans to frame ecopr but after this pal oath, I think PAL also deserves to be printed on a nice paper and framing it coz after all, silent meaning of PAL is like, one is maybe* approved* for near future processing.
