For me, it has been 17 days that I have received BVL but no PPR yet.

Well that’s what I’ve read but I saw this one person who got BVL and after 2 months got refusual you never know with Canada but my previous applications BVL came with refusuals so I’m being hopefulI think if you do not receive a refusal letter after 2 days of BLV, your application have been approved for 99%.
