After buying Airticket, does she need any other documents to travel to Toronto, Like vaccination proof?
And how long it will take to make PR , Health Card, because she has to leave back home.

They have to reside 3 years out of 5 years in Canada to apply for citizenship....

they have no interest in becoming Canadian. PR is enough.

They need to complete ArriveCAN requirement when they board the flight to Canada.

They need to have at least two dose of approved vaccine. They will have to upload proof of vaccination in ArriveCan, 72 hour prior to landing at destination.

5th June 2019 application date. Second medical cleared in Jan 2022. Requested additional documents (Feb 2022) like 2nd PCs, updated travel forms etc. were submitted in early May 2022....waiting since.

Back in 2019 when we applied for sponsorship, my husband signed the application with me as the sponsor.
Now we are separating, does my husband have the power to screw up my parents' PR at this stage? Or after they have landed?

Can anyone share timeline from landing to receiving PR card?
My folks landed on Aug 12 at Toronto Pearson Airport and we provided our mailing address on the scene. It has been almost 6 weeks and still no PR card.
From what I read on IRCC site there is no other action to take than to provide mailing address. Am I correct?

Not anymore, it is too late for your husband to do anything now.
