once you get AOR from IRCC for applications submitted on online portal (non-express entry), does status of application change from submitted to anything else on Online Portal
Received AOR today an hour ago (11:39 am AST), and linked application to my CIC account.
Don't need Biometrics as already provided last year as part of my work permit and provided Medical upfront which is still valid till Dec 13'2022. I also provided PCC as well.

It means the file has been picked. You had received a receipt of acceptance isn't it? You can check the progress in CIC account.

Wow.. In just over 2 months.. thats sick! and congrats. May I know your NOC and were you a single applicant?? I wonder how they pick up files.. seems all random at this point..
