Today received response from SINP on "Selection Criteria Form" its extension/revision of Nomination letter. They advised me to apply for the extension/revision , that I did already just now. It will take 10 days to get that. Hopefully I'll be able to submit on time Inshallah. I already got my PCC from KSA. But its validity is Only One month.
Yay, I am glad they responded. Just be positive.

No, it was well in time. Not sure what is logic behind to have an extension/revision. But since SINP responded on the request for "Selection Criteria Form" stating as its a "Nomination letter extension/revision", therefore I have to get that and use their response as my reference.
However, I'm still concerned about the PCC, whether should I apply for the PCC from the countries where I lived 6 months or more, Or not? as this is how they mentioned in the letter:
"Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate from UAE. "
I already have received the PCC from Saudi Arabia where I'm residing. As UAE not possible since I never lived there just visited for few days only, that I can explain in LoE. But I'm worried about arranging the PCC from Germany & Pakistan as these are the other countries where my stay was more than 6 months. Now remaining time is just 17 days more and its not easy to get them ready. Please advise what do you think should I do.
My progress bar reached 100% early this week and am patiently waiting to hear from IRCC. I am not sure why IRCC has the progress bar, as it only reflects the number of months/weeks/days that have elapsed since AR. I would not worry about it. There are applicants who shared in this forum that their application was approved before they reached 100%

I think the only concern would be, that IRCC may wonder why all this time you never got the PCC from Germany and Pakistan yet this was a requirement when you first lodged your application. You can always explain in the LoE about UAE. Have you attempted to contact Germany and Pakistan authorities. Please read link below

What if I can't get a police certificate for my immigration application?

Hi
I received medical furtherance in Oct, 2021. Completed all the required tests and uploaded all the results ( Sputum, Biopsy, x-ray) in Jan 2022 (all negative reports). Two months have gone by still no update. Meanwhile I also received ADR asking for Employer confirmation letter, Salary certificate, Schedule A form). Updated the same in Feb, 2022. One month has also passed after updating ADR still no news. Can anybody guide what could be the reason of delay in medical result? Does it take that much time? Also Is getting ADR a good sign or there is something negative sign?

PNP paper based, , SINP outland, India
2 dependents
AOR & BIO- Jan 2021
The fact that they havent said anything about your Medicals might be a good sign. The fact that they requested ADR might be a good sign. PNP paper based applications take long and just to be sure that an applicant is still eligible - just in case one's situation has changed since they first applied - IRCC will send ADRs. Its nothing negative. I had lost my job in 2020 when I lodged my PR application and I explained this to IRCC. Naturally, they would need to know what my current situation is, hence they requested ADRs with reference to my job situation.

Hope u have initially submit PCC for PAK n GER since u have lived more than 6 , u should ask for kind of renewal of PCC. You can submit request letters/ renewal application for PCC , if you unable to get it on time.

I have decided to provide the PCC from KSA only, and for Pakistan & Germany I’ll send the same I submitted at the time of application for PR. As I have been living since 15 years in KSA and didn’t travel/ stay for 6 months in those countries, therefore and IRCC already have PCC from these countries. Now main concern is current residing country that is KSA and that will be provided. That’s what I’m going explain. Any other opinions or comments please !!!

Hi yes the status bar cannot be considered as measure on completion of process.
Regarding my PCC ,I already had submitted the PCC from Pakistan , Germany and KSA with my PR application. I’m planning to resend them But for KSA I will send the fresh one as I’m currently residing here and it make much sense to produce a fresh one from security verification point of view. But from Germany and PAK it won’t make any difference…

Correct! If you haven't traveled to these countries since you submitted the PCC there is no reason to be concerned. You can re-submit them with an LOE explaining that you haven't visited these countries since you lodged your application. Correct again, better to send an updated PCC for current country of residence (if outside Canada).

Just today I received the extended Nomination letter from SINP. Now I’m ready to submit the response to the ADR. I hope it will be accepted.

Hi, Please advise can we send all the required documents in response to ADR in two emails? Or it must be in a single Email. As I'm facing problem in Size of the files. This must be below 5 MB. For mycase it exceeds than 5 MB.

Hi Babshah,
ADRs are submitted via GC Key. If you log on to GC Key, you will see

"Application status and messages
Check the status, review the details and read messages for your application. View submitted application or upload documents"

When you click on "view submitted application or upload documents", a page with a heading

Documents submitted by the client.
Below it you will see a list of slots for documents that IRCC requested (Under Details). Whatever, IRCC ask for, they provide a slot for that document to be uploaded. Even for dependants, they provide a slot for each document they need.
You can scan your PCCs as one PDF document then attach as one document and if the file size is too big, you can google on how to scan and compress and documents.

However, I came across a situation where IRCC asked for a document but no slot was provided. I still uploaded the documents on GC Key and again uploaded them via Webform.

Let me know if you have anymore questions.
