natali - the OP is on a PGWP, not a TWP. As the website states,
"In addition:
* your work permit must have been confirmed by Human Resources and Social Development Canada (HRSDC) through a positive labour market opinion or
* you must be in a category that is exempt from an Arranged Employment Opinion
in order for your offer of employment to be valid."
We don't actually know whether it is exempt because we don't know what the NOC is, citizenship, etc, but those exemptions are relatively rare. So I understand that to mean that because she is on a PGWP, her work permit is not confirmed through an LMO, so she would not qualify - please correct me if I'm wrong!
As well, it is not clear, but it sounds like the job offer is from a different employer (not the current employer). If that is true, the job offer requires an AEO.
