Hi Sidhu ji, I think for Super Visa for your parents you can visit cic.gc.ca website. You must be one year old PR in Canada and PR holder must be earning (see table in website) CAD - minimum 31,000 per annum for one person and so on. Good Luck.

Dear krjoshi it was in the old system. Now, new system is introduced and the Consultant may not be aware of the new EOI system. Now, you have to go according to MPNP instructions. And znarfier is right.

After introduction of new system it looks like Canada is Manitoba and Manitoba is Canada, that's all.
