plz gv me the website from which i can check my ecas
i have my client id and kit id number, when i use my wifes details n login, i see only her address.
n when i use my details it dosnt allow me to login,
im so confused pllz someone help me out....... ???
and my file is in process in new delhi since 20july n still no PPR, so is it normal??

The processing times for New Delhi is 6 months. So yes its perfectly normal. I hope you are checking this site:

Dont worry, this is perfectly normal. All you can do is be patient

sent inquiry already : NO RESPONSE
already faxed them : NO RESPONSE
contact MP in toronto : THEY DINT GIVE ME POSITIVE REPLY THEY ASKED ME TO WAIT COUPLE MORE MONTHS.

DONT KNOW WAT TO DO THIS IS REALLY TOUGH.
I WAS APPROVED ON MAY 14TH AND THE SAME DAY THEY FORWARD MY FILE TO NEWDELHI.

THIS IS NOT GOOD.
ATLEAST MY WIFE SHOULD GET ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT LETTER????

NOP NOT YET.
PLEASE SUGGGES AND WISH ME LUCK

They dont always send out AOR letters, neither do they update the information regularly on ecas. There have been instances where people have gotten their visa stamped with the ecas still showing 'in process'!

And the MP will not be able to help you out until your 6 months are up! Like I keep telling you, please be patient. If its any consolation, be happy that our visa office is not Pakistan or Singapore, their waiting time is 24 months+!! And 32 months for Kenya Imagine how they are able to cope! All I can suggest is that concentrate on your relationship with your wife. Offer each other lots of comfort & this process might just bring you more close emotionally

I understand your frustration, that's why we all are here for...try sending them another CSE, but dont overdo it because they ask us to keep the correspondence to a minumum.

Also, I think this is the best time to order your CAIPs notes to figure out what the problem might be & it might just expedite your case. I would be ordering my CAIPs notes now if I were you.

Hope your ordeal ends soon!

i just wana say dat ppl on dis form are so sweet..they all make u fell comfrtable..and always reply to respective quiries...ppl ovr here explain evry posible solution to new one ovr here ..big thanks to evrybdy

No updates after that. They are holding PP for more than 2 months now.

Sent CSE on Aug 9 for Mailing Address Change and got no response on it either.

My status: calmed down. Even if my wife gets visa next week, she aint coming till after Deepawali. Its a long wait - accepted.

Hi there,

To order CAIPs notes, there are two ways to go about it:

1) You can order them yourself online from companies such as Lawpoint.ca, CAIPSNOTES.com etc but you need to pay upto 50 CAD. Check this http://www.lawpoint.ca/index.php/Online-CAIPS/GCMS-request.html

2) You can fill up a consent form 'Authority to Release Personal Information to a Designated Individual, IMM 5475': http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/release-info.asp

Send this to your sponsor or any person living in Canada. They will then fill IMM5563B form: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/atip/form-imm5563.asp

Sign it and mail it in with the consent form and a cheque for $5 made payable to the Receiver General for Canada to this address:

Access to Information and Privacy Division
Citizenship and Immigration Canada
Narono Building
360 Laurier Avenue West, 10th floor
Ottawa, Ontario
K1A 1L1

Takes around 4-5 weeks.

A) Because we love each other, and that was the only thing on our mind when we got married. The fact that my husband/wife (depending on your situation) lives in Canada is secondary.

Q) What makes your relationship with your spouse different from that of a female/male friend?
A) It is not different. We are like any other married couple who wants to be together. But I am blessed to have a spouse who is my female/male friend too.

Q) If I refuse this application what will you do?
A) That will make us sad, but if worse comes to worse, my sponsor would happily shift to my country or we will work something out in such a way that we are together. But that would mean a lot of shifting base & jobs, so we would like to make use of our right to appeal. But, ultimately, us being together & starting a family is what matters.

thankx.... well my ecas changed today around 11 am to DM

actually i dont have my file no... thats y my indian address not appeared.. i only use client id to check my status..

bc indian embassy call me at my mobile no to submit my passport.. by this i dont have my file no...
