im from gujarat too, which city r u from? it does matter in how far u are from delhi, coz it will take more time in indian post depending on our distance.

you can do n inquery coz u have completed 6 months waiting period, coz it starts from the day file reaches missasaga, so get help from an MP or send lots of emails n CSI from the website until they wake up
