when did you get this update "application received" and "medical results received" on PR application part after your sponsor got the approval ?

and is AOR the same as application received date ??

Apologize me for asking a lot of questions here but I am just being anxious.

I'm curious/anxious about this too. My sponsorship was approved on Aug 19th, and then we got a PPR by mail from CHC ND on Sept 13th, but other than that there has been no other communication. eCASE still only says "we received your application on June 24th", nothing about medicals, in-process, or even the PP being requested or received. These are all updates that do usually show up on eCASE right? It's been over a month that they've had the passport and yet still there is no indication that they are working on the file.

I know that many people say that eCASE is terribly inaccurate and can lag behind reality by several weeks, but this seems a bit much to me.

I'm telling myself not to worry about it, that it will all just happen, but there is a part of the back of my mind that's getting concerned - what if there has been some problem with the medicals (like several other people have mentioned recently)?

Garuda I'm sailing on the same boat too. They received my passport on the 12th Sept and no mention of medicals or passport on ECAS. It just shows in process.

i am in canada right now..but faced a huge problem at immigration in canada..
wen i showed my cpr..then officer checked it on system..but document number mentioned over there didnt match my documnt number on visa as well as cpr..so there was a confusion..officer know that mistake is again at new delhi end...but he kept my passport..he mail nd about dis but they have nt replied yt..m w8ting reply fron nd..only then i get ma pp..my pr card and sin etc etc..
nw what should i say about this office...initial i got mad..bt now as m wd ma hubby...i really dont care..i know it will be sorted out soon

any sugestions..?

Update

70 days, processing apps until Aug 15th.

Good that the duration has not increased. Another good thing is that they have gone ahead with 7 days

@Aman do not worry just stay calm,and call cic office in 2 weeks to just mention them.
you will be okey just enjoy fall season.

Ever since we have not received any update on our file.
In the begining of August my online status was showing "In process" with a message saying we started processing your file on July 12,2011. However, in the begining on October my status changed back to "Application received".

Also, they never sent my wife the file number when the file was transferred to ND. The passport request letter received from ND just shows the application number. She sent them a fax 2 weeks ago inquiring why she never received a file number. But so far no response. Is file number very important, should we be worried?

Any feedback would be greatful. this is starting to worry me alot not knowing what is happening

Just wondering, What was wrong with the VISA they issued. Did ND missed your last name on the VISA. If so, how did you fix that. Please reply. Thx

Its generic and systematically every PPR to the applicants contains file number & UCI

FYI : The number which is written against Application starting from alphabet F and including 9 numeric digits is your file number ! Hope now it clears your doubt and by sending fax or baseless CSE enquiry to CHC ND can lead to delay in your case processing !
