Maybe yo will receive your PER in the middle of December or until the end of December.

I think that you will receive your PER within days...

I think that you get your PER soon, too.
Because your CC was already charged, I believe that CIC never return you your documents, and your application will be transferred to Ottawa.
I heard that inquiries to CIC make the process delay... so I think you can wait instead of asking to CIC.

Btw, my co-worker said that when he applied for immigration, his PER was sent to his spam folder.
Some email software or web-based mail system probably sometimes botched it...

CIO-Sydney seems that they currently take about 2 months for PER (= 1st AOR)... I think processing time will be changed often and it depends on many reasons but you might get your PER within this year.

As I can see, nobody recived PER before 2 month approximatly???

Our local VO is Vienna (visas charged before application).
