This is totally crazy thing. What happens if the SIN starts with a 9?

So it means that until we get the SIN, officially we are not authorized to work in Canada? Ok, but this doesn't mean that we have to show those funds!!!

In my opinion (maybe I am wrong) the applicant that gets the PR Visa, automatically is authorized to work in Canada, right?
