September 2012: FSW Arranged Employment applicants join here

Finally found my team!!! I applied on September 13th, FSW - Arranged Employment. Papers arrived at Sydney on September 17th and I just got charged on my credit card on November 5th. I see everybody tags themselves with the timeline as follows:

AOR: Still Waiting

I am in Toronto and applied PR under Federal Skilled Worker Arranged Employment category on 19th September, 2012. I didn't receive my PER yet. Please join here to track the immigration progress.

I just have a question, my old work permit is valid til December 2012, i just received my renewed work permit which is valid until Oct 2014. when i filed my PR application i used my old permit attached with my new LMO. Do i still need to wait the email of VO before i sent my new work permit? or i'll send it right away even without them asking me to.. thanks

I have few questions for you..
1. What type application did you apply first to come here in Canada?
2. If temporary work permit with visa, did you got a permanent job offer and LMO? or Is it exempt from LMO?
3. How long does it take for you to get a visa from the Philippines? (From filling forms,medical and issued visa) and for how many years?
4. Did you apply alone or family?
5. Did you obtain OEC at POEA?
6. Did you take an IELTs exam in Philippines or here in Canada for PR?

Please help me because my boyfriend have a job offer as a Production Superintendent. And I do not what NOC code. And dont know what type of application should be use.
He's been working in the Philippines for 17 years.

It's the same thing as yours in your PER. But then, there's no changes that I need to notify them because i do have the same employer, work address and position with my old permit i just renewed it. And right now I don't know where to send it because they will forward my papers in Manila (VO) for further processing. MAybe i'll just wait for their email if they already received it(VO).

I misunderstood that yours was already transferred to Manila, I'm afraid. I think your decision is best in this time
I saw trackitt.com's Federal Skilled Workers Tracker and found that Manila VO did processing within 1 year for some applicants.

According to another thread (*), CPP-O is still processing for July 2010 applicants. (but ours might not be on the same boat because it is for the applications transferred from Buffalo)
Although CIC website doesn't show the processing time of CPP-O for FSW, I guess that CPP-O takes about 2 years or so...
I would like to share further timelines with applicants (especially somebody who chose CPP-O as the VO). Keep in touch!
If I get any further changes, I'll post.

I think you are right. Thanks for your comment! I stupidly overlooked that our process should be take less time.

I really want to believe that ours must be faster as CIC informed so, but I currently can't conquer my doubts.
As for transferred (from Buffalo to Ottawa) applications, I found some applicants made their application for FSW arranged employment category 2010 and are still waiting. Federal Skilled Worker Tracker also shows some applicants without job offer got PR faster than some others who are already working in Canada on arranged employment.

However, there are tons of applications. Cases/timelines I saw are just a few of them. They might be irregular cases.
Hope we are approved soon.

hey there..
i applied under temporary work permit with visa with a job offer/LMO. it took me a year before i got my visa approved because at first i was denied but I re-apply my papers like 2 weeks after i received my refusal letter then i waited 4 months before finally approved. It's only me who applied here, and yes i have OEC from POEA. I took my IELTS here in Canada last Feb of this year.
