Hi all,

After a long period of silence, BHQ Paris send me 'an intent to reject' letter to submit some additional documents

1 -Certified copy of birth certifate --- pls who can certify this document (I sent notarized copy before)
2 - University diploma certificate & Transcript - can I send notarized copy as well, or certified by the school. The issue is I have a UK certificate, how can I certify this cuz am in Nigeria now.
3 - social security certificate

Pls I need advice cuz I am given 90 days to respond.

Hi Firm,

For the social security, You can send your pension certificate or your tax clearance(original), for the school certificate, you need to certify them from the school you cannot not send notarized copies, for the birth certificate , if it is issued by NPC then you fake it there for them to certify.
In all I observed that they do not accept the notarized documents again.

Am trying to get foreign affairs ministry to certify all the documents, as I can't be going round each sch for stamps.

Do I send original pension cert of certified by the pension office?

Hello Firm,

So sorry about this development but be rest assured its not peculiar to you. Your's is the third case am hearing about in 2 weeks.

Like sunshine adviced go to NPA and use your pension and tax contributions. Unfortunately, you may have to go to all the schools or perhaps if the schools have laison offices in Lagos, they may be able to do it with a certified stamp. All the best.
