My friend Ryan, I wish I had the same timetable as you...I received my CSQ on November 22nd 2011 (I applied for CSQ on Feb 2011), i applied for Federal Visa afterwards (my file was transfered from CIO to Visa office in Rome on the 1st of March 2012), and I'm still waiting for the medicals... :(

Dear STILLHOPE, yes, my lawyer is Mr. David Cohen. You are so lucky to have your AOR after one week! Now they send the files to Sydney, NS and then to the corresponding Visa Office (mine is Rome). I dont know why they do that. I hope that ill be as lucky as you and have my AOR sooner than 3-4...
