I have submitted my application on 06 November 2021 on the online portal (inland sponsorship). So far got a mail that my application was submitted.

Actually I emailed BIQ and I got a response from them that even those who applied before 6 December 2011 will be fall under the new rules. I also checked the website and no where did I find that people who applied before 6 December 2011 will be exempted from the new rules.

can you please give us the link from where you got this information - as per what I learnt, they would apply the rules even to people who applied before 6 December 2011

May be you could call to Montreal office to make sure that your lawyer indeed filed the additional documents. They will check and inform you if they received the documents.
