Permanent Residence pathway for Colombian, Haitian and Venezuelan nationals

This might be the wrong place to ask, sorry, but since it is part of the process maybe somebody knows the answer.
Does anyone know if the Service Canada Office that used to be at the Toronto Airport is still there? it was closed during the pandemic. Also where in the airport is the office for the landing? like, what terminal? Thanks.

I was filling the forms on December 2023; however, I couldn't send the apploxations because the program was closed. So I'd like to know if you if they will be opening the program again?

We don't know. I would not count on it and would recommend exploring other immigration paths.
