So on ECAS if it says "in process" it means your file is not stuck in Mississauga?

Thanks. Mine was transferred to Ottawa. It says "in process" but an electronic copy was sent back to Mississauga. So am I stuck in Mississauga too?

from which webform link you sent the schedule A. actually I have also applied in march 2017 but my application still not transferred to LVO. may be there is a same issue with me. please tell me from which link you have submitted the form?

Actually my agent submitted it through web portal but i also mailed it to them just in case. Make sure you call cic to confirm they already have ur schedule or not. If not mail it asap. They received my schedule through mail on july 19th and just after 20 days they forwarded my file to new delhi.

How did you manage to reach CIC on the phone from outside Canada?

We moved here 2 months ago because I had to start work. Husband and son are tourists and legally here until December

Hi guys, so on ECAS my sponsor side is decision made and my principal applicant side is In Process. But when I click In Process, there is no line in there which says "We started processing your file on.....". I am very sure that should be there.

I didn't get an email for file transfer to London Visa Office but I had ordered GCMS notes which indicated that file was being transferred there. The file location was mentioned as "In Transit" though.

I am just so worried right now that my file has been lost by CIC..... Anyone else in the same boat as me?

Honestly, I dont think that they lost your file. What you can do is to email London visa office asking about your application, whether they receive it. Not all visa offices send AOR2. But the good indication is that in your ecas you have a line saying "We started processing your file on.....".

You're suppose to get third line in ecas when the new visa office starts your application.
The only thing you can real do is try to get ahold of LVO again..
I still haven't even received my notes.
Just now emailed with tracking number for a status update.

Its fine. Our status changed to in process in 4th August and that processing line was added on 10th. I called CIC and they also told me that the file was in transit during that time period. You should get that line soon.

Sorry, I misread...One of the things I would try is calling Mississauga to ask about the status (whether it ever reach London vo)...The chance they give you some useful info is really small...but maybe still worth trying. But the thing I would do at first place (emailing VO) ..you already have done.

Firstly, thank you for the help.

I called CIC about 2 weeks ago and they wouldn't say anything since it is within the 12 month processing time. I am going to call again and ask specifically about file transfer to visa office.

Just called CIC 3 times and they are too busy to transfer.... Will keep trying though. This is really depressing.....
