    On the adult passport application it has a dedicated section for references. On the application for people under 16 it doesn’t. I just need to know which form to use for references. Am I missing something here? Are references not needed for passport applications for people under 16?

    For some reason I was under the impression there had to be 2 guarantors. Not sure why I thought I remember this from when I applied for my own passport years back. I am a Canadian passport holder so I will be the guarantor! thank you for the response

    It could take several weeks. I had 2 error messages. First one took around a month to disappear. Second one took less than 24 hours.

    I had a mistake on one of my forms and I just submitted a webform with an explanation and asked if the issue could be resolved. I ended up getting a response saying the issue was resolved.

    Are you using the correct link to log in? This happened to me once when I got an email from IRCC. They sent me a link for a representative to log in that looked identical but my credentials would not work. Make sure you use this link, it just worked for me with no issues...
