So I have a question and could use some help.
I just received my FBI clearance...FINALLY.
Anyway, what date would I start counting the 3 months from so that I know that when Vegreville receives it, it won't be too old?
Also, when should I send it to them and how would I do so?

AIP: June 2009
I have my OWP, SIN, and Health Card, Im happy for having this, but.... the wait is killing me....

My ecas:
We received your application for permanent residence on Dec.2008.
We started processing your application on January 2009.
Medical results have been received.
A decision has been made and you will be contacted.

Since June I haven't heard anything from CIC, so I called last week to ask and the agent told me they are still doing background checkings, also I apply for FOSS, which is going to tell me exactly what is going on with my case.

There are differents background checks, the normal wich last from 90 to 120 days, or a depth one which is made from 180 days to 18 months. I believe in our case they are doing a depth one because after AIP, normally you get landed in 3 to 4 months and we still here, 5 months and counting, what are they checking I dont know right now but I will, best wishes to all of you. Wowo, so happy for you. It's nice when you hear something back from them. We submitted our application in November 2009, they started processing in December 2009. My ecas just sasy in process. I don't even know if they received my medical or not. It's been a while already and it still say in process and dthere are no more news. Hopefully soon though.

Ok so its officially been four months and they only moved TWO DAYS!.. WOW all that time!!. They are still in November. SO going by that if they evr do start december anytime this year and it takes yet another FOUR months, they should be processing january sometime in january February. which will be exactly a year since i did my medicals. and they will request me to re-do them...

Hi Black-Berry,

I made my medicals last year in july, applied in october, got my first stage approval in april with a letter that I have to redo my medicals. I called them why, my medicals are ok until july they said because it'll be longer than july until I get my second stage approval. So I think it doesn't matter they are now slower or faster, you have to redo it. ( I already made my 3 times....)

Just wondering where CIC is really at in terms of applications. I truly hope that what they have on their website (Nov. 28th ~ they have had this for weeks now) is simply an oversight in updating the processing timelines...
