My Question to who ever got PPR when you filled out PPR do we have to fill out spouse info in it too because its asking for spouse as well or should we just put only applicant info?

I'm beside myself CHC Islamabad wrote us today by email that they cannot find our file anywhere. I'm beside myself and its now so darn frustration.

Any One have idea abt the time limit of process.... that If prosessing time exceedes the limit given by CHC Isb than what should be the next step or should process definetely completes within the given time after Ack...??? Plz reply everyone n give ur opinion......!!!
