No you dont need HEC attestation . Just a sealed envelope and a verified copy of the document inside that from the university.

I am in the same boat. Send my documents like 10 days ago and called them twice to know if they have received the documents or not ? But they said they have so many applications so i have to wait for the email confirmation from them. Still waiting ....

No they just send you back the same trf report via post

i went for it and i didn't succeed and i was quite sure about it. Anyways in my case i have lost it . Now will go for another attempt .
