Guyz i just got a letter from chc ND requested me to do medicals and they asked me to send passport n rprf.this means that they reopned my file . i always had hope that i will win finally. asked everyone in the forum 98% said no its straight away rejection. just i have not lost the hope...

i got aor from ND on 25th may 2010 but received on hand on 28th may 2010.they refused my file as i didnt provide settlement funds,as there is a ruile that when u have a job in canada u r exempted from showing funds. later i moved to india as i didnt get visa extension. so transferred my case...
