Guys, I just checked my e-CAS today and it indicated that my citizenship status changed from "In Process" to "Decision Made". However, when I click to see the messages, I still have the line: We sent you a notice on January 13, 2016 to appear and write the citizenship test on January 29, 2016...

Another question for those who already took their citizenship exams. My test invite included a CIT 0039 form. Should I complete the form before I go for my test, or do I have to fill it in front of an officer during the test?
