..if NSOI requested your ECA then you can send, but if not better to wait for their advice... ..have you got your pre-screen mail......

...pre-screen mails simply means that the document submitted is complete... ...you can not conclude to get the nomination...

....if they are still processing on the 18th March and 25 got the nominations, then slim chance to those who applied for the month of April....good luck everybody!!!!

...it can be assumed that NSOI will issued a lot of pre-screening mails.. ...assessment for nomination will be based on the applicant available FUNDS, higher funds means you have the most chance being nominated, since Nova Scotia's economy is struggling... just a personal point of view...
