Thanks everyone...soo happy. My husband will be flying in the next 2 weeks :) No letter or email was sent by New Delhi. The only thing that happened was the address changed to Toronto. So just checked the status it has changed to Decision Made today!

Finally received passport with visa....was issued may 16 but still shows in process!! Oh well at least we got the passport!!!!!

Finally status changed to in process on May 10 :) Hopefully decision made soon!!

So We received an email from CIC saying they requested a copy of our marriage certificate but it was not sent, but we sent it with the passport. How is that even possible it was all in one courier. Anybody experience this? It's so unfair so our lawyer sent an urgent email with the certificate...

Finally got passport request in the mail was dated Feb 22...!!

Was able to login and our application still says app received but I noticed the address changed from my lawyers to India address. Is this strange?

Is anyone having trouble logging into the cic website...It is not even loading

On average how long does it take for Delhi to ask for passport and for interview if there will be one? I have been waiting since mid October still no news.

I am getting the same error for the last two days...still no passport request!

Congrats to all those that received DMs. I am an august applicant but still haven't received ppr, received sponsor approval in October....i'm glad at the same time hopefully they ask when they are ready to issue visa rather than waiting for months like it has been happening.

So it seems as if everyone has received passport request but we still haven't received anything no request no nothing. Talked to lawyer no communication has come from New Delhi since October when I was approved for sponsoring. Not sure what's happening.

For those of you who have completed stage 1 does the ecas system show you your file has been sent to the VO? Does it say anything?

The dates are October not August, that was a typo.

AOR came through email on aug 13 and I checked the website it says decision made and that a letter was sent out on aug 15 but haven't gotten anything yet.

Is the sponsor letter sent in regular mail or email?
