cic.gc.ca i very clear about step 1 ( 66+ days) and step 2 ( 13 months )meaning step to is when file reaches damascus about 2 to 3 weeks after ur approval of sponsorship ...so feverdreams it should be around 27 october for you thats when u start counting.
