Re: Citizenship test results, Citizenship Ceremony, Edmonton Office When I called CIC in early April, a nice agent told me all my background checks have been done and wait for next step - test invitation. So frustrated that Edmonton is so slow and even Calgary seems to have some improvement.

Are you sure? There is totally no common sense for Edmonton's process timing. Are there any specials for their cases?

Did you try to contact the MP in your area? Could be helpful or not, who knows. But it's worth to take a shot.

I can't agree with your opinions. I applied in July 2014 (the same time with you) in Edmonton. However, you would take the test in a week but I have to wait and wait... I called CIC and their reply is my case is normal and should be get test invitation within 24 to 36 months. Is that ridiculous...

Agree. The sample is so biased in Edmonton.
