When i login my score drops by 15 points
 
I also got same massage, but no point drop.

just check in which area they ahev reduce it.
 
Even I got the same message but nothing changed on my profile. Hope they are doing something positive :)

Same here received message yesterday saying "Your application has been updated. Please sign in to your MyCIC account" . I thoroughly checked nothing has been changed...

I may be totally wrong but just thinking loud :

Because there's a mass trigger of such "update" related messages I guess CIC is updating some process or process steps at backend. A reliable source told me that they are constantly receiving feedback on anomalies and updating their process which is a good thing. And I can imagine that either through a workflow or a batch job all live applicants/profiles are being sent such message even though you guys might not have made any change, neither has there been a change in your profile. So, you can either call CIC to clarify or if there's no change in your profile neither has your score changed may be just chill out.
