CRS score doesn’t match on Exprés Entry Profile

I updated my EE profile with new data that should granted me with some extra points. When I updated the profile I noticed the score when up just a few points ( 8 points) when it supposed to grant me 50 extra points for a new provincial certificate of qualification.

When I added up each one of the criterion one by one as is shown in my profile ( the actual points listed in the profile) the number doesn’t match my actual score, off for about 40 points.

Why the reason of this???

Red Seal? Call IRCC and ask if eligible.

It is. The points granted appear on the sección of skill transferability. The problem is, If I add up all the points as is shown in my profile for each category separately, the sum is more for about 40 points than my actual score.

You call the general line. All you can do is talk to a call centre agent. Or get a consultant to help you. May be answering a question wrong.
