Hello. I applied an extension to stay here in Canada for my dad last October 31,2023. He has a visitors visa. Upon doing follow up on the webform, I found out that we submitted the wrong form. It wasn’t the form for visitor record but the form for tourist visa application. Can we write IRCC explaining what happened? Is there a way to contact IRCC? And would they reconsider? Anybody who experienced same situation? Any input would be very helpful. TIA
