Hi, I am currently working in Quebec for the past 3.5 yrs on a WP. No CSQ. About to apply for CEC-PR and am aware that CEC is for those who intend to live outside of Quebec which I am.

I want to know after getting the PR is it possible to continue in my Quebec job for atleast 2-3 months before I settle the job commitments and other stuff and move out? Basically I dont want to leave my job before I get the CEC-PR.

Also someone told me that once the PR application is approved, our Quebec WP will be cancelled but I couldn't find any substantial info on this anywhere. Is that correct?

Can someone help/suggest what are the options available and how can I handle this?

Thanks

Why not apply under the Quebec skilled worker program if you live there and plan to be there for 2 more yrs even after getting PR status?

Quebec Skilled Worker program requires compulsory French test and I am not interested in learning French now. And as I mentioned earlier I would like to move out of Quebec.
