Closed Work Permit, non GSS
Office: Mexico city
Applied: July 28th 2021
Confirmation Letter: July 28th 2021
Biometrics letter: July 28th 2021
Biometrics collected: August 14th 2021
Approval: September 9th 2021

Mexico city office is taking around 11 weeks according to the webpage, surprisingly it took less.

congrats, I have applied Jul 16 2021 in Singapore, here itself 11 weeks of processing time but I did not get yet, may I know which noc did you apply.is that lmia supported

Oh i am afraid that mine was lmia exempt, and it was noc A. Hope this helps

Dear All

I have an approved GTS LMIA and done with my biometrics on 9th March 2020 for closed work permit outside Canada from India.
The Application shows under processing due to the current circumstances of Covid-19.

Has anyone received work permit approval recently when applied for closed work permit during time frame of Feb-March.

I submitted the same on Dec 29th 2020. After biometric nothing received

yea, it should be fine. IRCC asked for their medical also in July, so should be coming soon
