Yeah I login 3, 4 times a week to check the current status but never raised a web form. Seems Visa Office is required to raise the web form, how to find the Visa Office which is processing your application?

If you are primary applicant, i'd suggest to raise and webform and check before you renew your passport...

Timeline of my owner operator LMIA based work permit, Noc 0125
Application - June 24 2020
Medical - Upfront
Biometrics - Previous biometrics valid until 2029 for refused TRV in 2019
August 20 - Got update that i need to provide blood sample again
Sep 17 - Shows medical passed
Sep 23 - Applied for GCMS notes
Oct 15 - Got GCMS notes showing medical passed and visa officer can proceed with visa issuance (so basically useless).
Applying for Notes again today or tomorrow
Never raised webform since applied, does that help or is it just miss and hit?

Hello Everyone, I am the principal applicant for my WP along with accompanying family members. My wife, however, got passport request this morning as an email from the High Commission. I checked my CIC account and it is still showing eligibility. Also, my GCMS notes show approved. Has anyone ever encountered this?
