well, I believe applicant from inside Canada they have short and quick respond compared to those applying out of it.
I applied from uae since august 2019 till now there's no answer, stating that application under review for approval.

Yes I have applied from india on 11th Dec 2019 biometric done on 13th Dec 2019 and got medical request on 07th April 2020
