Work Experience Credentials or Licensing Credentials

Hi,
I have got my ECA. Is it mandatory to have Work Experience Credentials or Licensing Credentials?
If yes, please suggest me from where should i get assessed?

Good. Occupation applies to two sub-categories of the Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP). Occupation require professional licensure on the part of the applicant, a process that may seem daunting. However, it may be noted that an application (submitted by an applicant whose occupation requires licensure) that does not include the relevant proof of licensure may be held for processing until such proof is provided.
You can apply for SINP EE or OID (non EE and very lengthy). Your noc is in their Demand list.
