Hello,

My work experience situation is a tad complicated. I have worked part time (20hr/week) in the same NOC but at different locations.
  1. Jan, 2014 till August 2014. Location A
  2. Feb, 2015 till April 2015. Location A
  3. August 2015 till August 2016. Location B
  4. August 2016 till May 2018. Location C
  5. August 2018 till Jan 2020. Location C
Can I claim 3 years of FSW work experience (do I get the CRS points for 3 years of experience that is)?

Since you worked 20h per week (less than 30), it is not that difficult to calculate, but you have to be accurate. Count exact number of weeks you worked and multiply that number with 20. Than divide it with 1560.

For example, if you worked 100 weeks than you have 2000 working hours, meaning 2000/1560=1.28 years.
Just be accurate with counting weeks and days.
If you worked for more than 30h a week, than cut that number to 30. For example, 40h/w counts as 30.
 
The number of hours add up to more than 3 years of full time equivalent. My concern is that may I add all these work experiences together? I know you need to have 1 year of full time (or equivalent in part time) continuous employment in 1 NOC to qualify. My 4th work experience satisfies that. I am just wondering if I can add all of them up to amount to 3 years of work experience?
 
All experience on which you want to claim points must be under the same NOC, or in other words you must show that you had the same duties and responsibilities (same role) all the time.

I have 5 or 6 different contracts, many different working hours, but I worked as a teacher all the time. No promotion or degradation to position with different responsibilities which happens frequently in many industries.
 
All are in the same NOC. I have letters from employers explaining job duties corresponding to 1 NOC. I am just wondering if you can add work experiences from different locations to add up to 3 years?
