First the Irb it’s federal so nothing gonna help you shortening your time frame
Second it’s illegal in Canada even if you are a citizen not to change your id’s address once you moved , so I don’t advise you to do that just follow the system it’s not hard to , and believe me you can’t lie to the authorities they will know for sure and once they know only god knows what can happen

If you are receiving legal aid that is also dependent on you living in that particular province. You can switch lawyers if you move.

Thanks for reply ...

but i want to submit my questions again...

I want to ask, if i apply my case of asylum( not applied yet) in Saskatchewan province after eligibility done ,can i moved to another province?

if yes, then can i get facilities of legal aid from new moved province? because here is no legal aid in Saskatchewan.i just want to file case here.

Can i apply social assistance , health facility, driving license, work permit from new moved province?

because I want to file case in Saskatchewan but do not want to get health card, social assistance, driving license from Saskatchewan because of just shifting (I am giving example). so can I get these facilities from new moved province.

opinion/suggestion/knowledge is required from experienced members.

Thanks in advance.

Why wouldn’t you just make your claim in the province you plan to settle in?

As a claimant, you won’t get a Provincial health card until your claim is accepted. You will be eligible for an IHFP card from the federal government. Social assistance and legal aid are Provincial and it would depend on whether you qualify or not.

All these things are not automatic (some take a month to receive) and require an address. I would also suggest filing where you intend on settling.
