Withdrawing the PNP application before get the initiation

I have recently applied for the BC PNP however After consulting a lawyer, I realized I had entered the NOC code wrongly. The lawyer mentioned that since I have not received the invitation yet, it won't be a problem. I would like to know whether this is true

When I talked with my employer that if he is willing to help me with PNP he said yes and next day he send me a form . That time I had no idea what that form is about . this happened in may.

When I asked my employer he gave the explanation why he cannot change the date.

What is the problem with the dates?? and why your lawyer wants them to be changed?

Yes , employer filled out the correct form . My lawyer wants to change the date when the form was filled out . My employer filled out the form in may but I go the invitation this month. So my lawyer wants to change to this month.

Your employer is fast to get the form and job offer to you in a day. Employer has no obligation to change it so if doesn’t want to cannot be forced.

Nothing is wrong with the date of the letter. Don't force this minor issue with the employer. You can explain the early date in a letter.
