Thank you for your response. However, I would still like to ask a question that I heard that GIC amount that you are transferring money from your Pakistani Foreign Currency Account should be on your name (not on your father or any other name, as you said), Is it true?

Sorry, it was a mistake. The bank account must be on your name or a joint account with your father. Thanks

My consultant told me that one of her client got AIP for September 2020 intake a few days back. He applied on 3rd August in SDS category. All of his documents were complete, bio-metrics etc everything. But said she didn't know why they gave him AIP instead of full approval. And how his application was processed so quickly. Some of her clients have been waiting since 3rd March and they still have no update.
She said she expects decisions to start rolling out between 20th-28th August.
He applied in a PGD.
THIS IS WHAT SHE TOLD ME, TAKE THIS AS YOU WANT. I HEARD AND I TOLD EVERYONE.
THAT IS ALL I KNOW. I DID NOT ASKED ANY FURTHER.

Everyone who passes eligibility regardless of full application will get AIP no matter what IRCC says. VOs are not rolling out final decisions, at least not before Sept 15. All final decision will start to roll out at least from second week of September. They are not wasting time and resources to finalize application while there are travel restrictions and embassies are closed regardless of VAC.. VACs can't do anything if embassy is closed. VOs Instead, utilizing that time to go thru Eligibility for a lot more students.

That means application can be rejected after 1st stage approval later on?

No. Chances of getting rejected at Level 2 is very slim, unless someone fails medical / criminality or background check (fraudulent documents).

I really wish that everyone who applied for Fall 2020 gets an update .. hopefully in AIP instead of refusal. But there are still 3 weeks to go for majority of the applicants. The way other countries have picked up pace, I am positive that Abu Dhabi will pick up pace too. Another reason is, India has much more students compared to Pakistan, in my opinion 1:10 (1 Pakistani applicant v/s 10 Indian), that's why it feels like other countries embassies are working while Abu Dhabi is not. Stay positive.
