I applied in July and got rejection in August one month after submission , just before 1 day of refusal , got biometric correspondence letter

if you are going for jan intake its already too late better defer your application

my university doesn't defer , they will simply reject my application after due date

You chose abu dhabi in visa offices section right? Not islamabad??

First webform went to Ottawa office but I also sent another to Abu Dhabi.
I dont understand why everyone is not contacting the visa offices if its more than 20 days, without complaining or drawing attention to the problem how can the Canadian visa officers or Pakistan Foreign Ministry know about the backlog or issue we all are facing.

because the processing times are always estimated i get it the waiting is frustrating but those who applied for jan intake should not have applied in Nov or Dec my self included cic website does not guarantee processing under 20 days the slow processing problem is because this time of the year there are alot of applications not their fault and not our fault its just how it is wait for it you will get the decision eventually and hopefully a positive one

Considering the timeframe, you can target Sep 2020 easily. However, If you meet the requirememts early on, May 2020 is also acheiveable, Try to get a Letter Of Acceptance from an Institute with a DLI number because seats get filled really quickly, meet the SDS requirements and lodge your visa, As far as gaps are concerned, you should justify what you have done during that time and there are plenty of courses for SCM in Canada.

Study gap doesn't matter if you can explain it you have to explain why you wsnt to study this particular course after this much time working and how will it enhance your abilities

My classes are going to start on 6 January 2020, what should i do ? Isn’t SDS 20 days process? 20 days will be done around 3-01-2020

even assuming you get processing done under 20 days which you probably wont it will still take you atleast a week to get your passport stamped.
i applied on 22nd Nov and got approval on 19th dec under sds submitted passport on the same stil have not received it. Christmas is also coming so thats atleast 2 more days wasted you need to contact your college and ask them if you can join a few weeks late otherwise you will have to defere your admission to the next intake contact your college ASAP

And did you got admission in bachelor or master in canada for study Permit?
