Wife' brother and sister are citizen. any chance then under family class ?

My wife' brother and sister are Canadian citizens.
Is there any way that we can apply under family class sponsorship.

No unfortunately they can't sponsor you. Leon answered you correctly when you asked the last time.

Manitoba and Saskatchewan still have family streams in their PNP programs. But there are strict requirements.

According to Newfoundland and Labrador's Provincial Nominee Program website, they also have a "Family Connections Category" similar to the family streams provided in Manitoba and Saskatchewan: http://www.nlpnp.ca/familyconnections.html.

Strict requirements still apply, but I thought it was worth mentioning since I never see anyone mention NL when this comes up.

I know, as it was stated just before I posted. I mentioned it anyway, since the other two provinces were mentioned. Some people do searches on the forums for that kind of thing, so I thought it was worth mentioning in case it helps someone else later (since it was related to his initial question, too).
