Hello folks!

Here is an April 2019 applicant. Family. Scarborough office. Test done in August 2021. Last movement was an email from Scarborough office asking for a proof of a return to Canada 3 weeks ago.

If I want to raise a complaint about this extremely long processing time, who oversee IRCC? Heard about Registrar of Canadian Citizenship.. How to reach this office? Any advice you could make?

If you want results, hire a lawyer and file mandamus.

I think people who have exceeded or are approaching the 27 month mark should file Writ of Mandamus

I wonder if it would be possible for a group of people to file together and if that would have a greater effect, like a class action lawsuit.
