I totally understand you here, but don’t loose hope! I’m in my 6th month of processing and still waiting! It would happen soon for all of us!
They’re probably sending a really big batch of PPR this time.

I am still waiting for updates. My colleague went through the interview and she got PPR in a week after interviewing by CIC.

I applied after her on 18th Jan 2018 and I am still waiting. As there aren't any updates after my medical and it's been more than one and the half month now.

I am sharing my timeline here;

Application status: We are processing your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.
Review of eligibility: We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements.
Review of medical results: You passed the medical exam.
Review of additional documents: We do not need additional documents.
Interview: You do not need an interview. We will send you a message if this changes.
Biometrics: We do not need your fingerprints. We will send you a message if this changes.
Background check: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message when we start your background check.
Final decision: Your application is in progress. We will send you a message once the final decision has been made.

Is there anything suspicious? Why is being late in the process?

what whats your latest timeline, you already got PPR ? and when was your bgc started after medical passed ?

AOR nov 2017
Medicals passed dec2017
RPRF request FEB 2018
RPRF paid 20 feb 2018
Medicals expired and 2nd time for medicals on 10-nov-2018.
waiting for 2nd time MEP status and PPR.

Don’t know how much time still I have to wait for PPR.

I have applied in FSTC, and I received ITA in May 31.
I have submitted my all documents in July and medical also done in July.
Confirmation received on 9th Aug for submitting the documents. Recently on 13th Oct I check my application status-
