Hi Friends,

I am also a Canada PR aspirant like everyone else in this forum.

Following are my timelines in ECAS:

1.We received your application for permanent residence on August 13, 2014.

2.We started processing your application on January 30, 2015.

3.Medical results have been received.



I did my medical examination on 9th March 2015 and on 13th March I saw in ECAS the status is updated to " Medical results have been received " .Since then , i am waiting for PPR .

Is there anyone with same timeline ?

Experts, can you please tell whether i am the only one who is waiting from past 2 months for PPR or is this the normal time which New Delhi Visa Office takes to process the application even after receiving the RPRF also .

Hi all,

Just recvd PPR from CPC-O via email and have given 30 days to submit.
I have appointed a representative and want to get the passport stamped ASAP for some personal reason.
Do I need to send the passport via attorney?? and whose address should be on the passport Return envelope??

Today I've completed my Medicals. Hopefully over the next two weeks, CPC will have my Medicals.

And here I have a question.
Is there a difference in time for the period from Medicals to PPR, for Applications with "One Review" vs. Applications with "Two Reviews" ?
Also, CPC already requested from me to pay the RPRF last week May 7th (I didn't pay RPRF upfront).
So, does the RPRF notice, affects the timeline between my Medicals and PPR?

I know it is difficult to predict, but I'm curious to know other people experience. Thanks.

Hello guys. I need help.

On last Friday(8th May), my ecas changed to decision made from in process without request of passport. Yesterday I called to cic call centre. Call centre agent said, my application proved on May 8th so officer already sent email about PPR. However I have received GCMS note instead of ppr same day. I emailed to Ottawa visa office email address for requesting re-send a ppr yesterday night. I have received the acknowledge letter from cic automatically respond for my inquire. I don't what to do next. please give me ur advice.

My time line are:

application received : Dec 2nd 2013
upfront medical : April 4th 2014
upfront permanent fee : Aug 18th 2014
Refusal letter received 2nd Mar 2015 (because of mismatching NOC Code and my job duties)
contacted MP and appealed to CIC for reconsideration
request additional document and re-open my application (2 years residence history) : 2nd April 2015.
ecas changed to decision made : 8th May. 2015
On 8th May 2015, I got gcms note which said everything was passed (eligibility, criminal and medical except security)
On 13th May 2015, I called CIC call centre, call centre agent said my application approved 8th May. 2015. sent email for PPR

However, I haven't received any email from CIC since 2nd April.

Thanks a lot to this forum , I have received ready for visa email today, 2 days after the doctor uploaded the results. I have now requested a change of the visa office to London, hopefully will get a reply soon
