Hi everyone,
I have a question for a friend who has studied in Canada, owns a canadian postsecondary diploma and is currently working with a post graduate work permit. My friend would like to apply for permanent residence in Canada but he is not sure which program would be best. I know there are several ways to apply for permanent residence but is the express entry a good program for him? There are also provincial programs but since he already works here and has a canadian degree, would the express entry program for qualified workers be the best way to go? Thanks a lot in advance!! Any advice/info would be greatly appreciated.
