If a student completed a program in Calgary at a private institute that delivered the program through a partnership with a public college, and the completion letter and transcripts were issued by the public college with its DLI number, but the classes were physically attended in Calgary, which city/town should be entered in the Express Entry education section—the public college’s main campus location or the city where the classes were attended? Additionally, if the credential is issued as a continuing education or non-credit certificate by the public college, would it qualify for Canadian education points under Express Entry?
