whether to include our child as a dependent

Hi,

Me and my wife is under work permit working in Ontario and recently we had a baby who is now a canadian citizen. We recently received the Letter of Invitation to file for PR. But im confused whether to include our child as a dependent and enter her details as 3rd person coming to canada? Or just avoid it and show only as a family member.

Only as family member since the baby is already a canadian citizen.
