How to Sponsor US Citizen child as a dependent?

Hi,
My husband and I got our PR in 2017 and we relocated to Canada in October 2020. I have a 1 year old baby who is US Citizen . I'm filing the IMM 0008 form and i'm confused how to fill this form for my dependent child.

Question 3 : do i answer "1" for my dependent child only or include myself and spouse info so that total is "3"?
Personal details : Question 1 - is this baby information or my information?

Also, do I need to fill IMM 0008DEP , IMM 5669 and IMM 5476?

Please advise.

When did you land in Canada? How many days did you spend in Canada before moving? To sponsor you must be compliant with your RO which is 730 days in the 5 years since landing.
