I got a nomination. I'm wondering if I report my work place due to wage claim (I got $10/hour for 14months and I didn't get Holidays fee), are government or immigrant
going to be cancel my nomination? Cur I knew that $10/hour is illegal and I worked under the condition and I knew that my boss gave me fake paycheque and I got nomination from it?

Dont do this. Suck it up until you receive your PR or at least until you are done with medical. I can feel your pain but don't take a risk. They may cancel it if you go public. This is just my advise.

first thing keep in mind.
anytime where pnp comes to know there is labour dispute betweeen you and your employer may result in withdrawl of your nomination.
second thing if you are planning to sue your employer after your permanent residense which also means that you have submitted a fake information regarding your salary to the cic. you may also be subjected to prosecution.

never made this mistake. u will sure loose your PR status.

forget abt some money . money is important but should not be more than life

if you want to live here u must have to forget this issue. in future shut up you mouth .

This will be a very dumb thing to do. First you forged your documents to get nomination, and now that you got your nomination through forged documents, you want to blame it all on the organization. Remember that you have committed a fraud and so has your employer. Whatever conditions you were forced to work under, is totally irrelevant. If CIC finds this out (and they most probably will as they do contact Services Canada with your SIN number), you are not only guaranteeing yourself a refused application, but will also face deportation. So forget about complaining, count yourself lucky that your application is still under processing and CIC has not realized this. Good luck.
